Özet: There is an increasing tendeney to use ACE inhibitors for both earlier and milder degrees of congestive heart failure and as monotherapy in the treatment of hypertension. Some conditions are known to predispose to side-effects of ACE inhibitors. In this paper we report the known but rare complication of reversible acute renal failure following enalapril administration in a patient with coarctation of aorta and congestive heart failure.
